Picking a plan charges your card that day, and it renews monthly from there. What you build on it is up to you and costs nothing extra: a page, tools to lend, both. Hiring and borrowing stay free, so an account with no plan is never charged.

Questions before you start

When am I actually charged?: When you pick a paid plan. Your card is charged that day and then monthly, and what you build on the plan is yours to build whenever: a page, tools to lend, both or neither. Setting a page up, changing it and approving work cost nothing extra, and hiring or borrowing from your neighbors is free whether you have a plan or not.
Do you take a cut of what a job pays?: No. The money for a job never touches NaborJobs. A neighbor pays whoever did the work directly, in cash or however the two of you agree, and NaborJobs never holds it or keeps track of it.
What do neighbors pay?: Nothing. Browsing, booking and reviewing are free. Whoever runs a page pays: Solo for a page of your own, Household for a family’s.
Do I need Solo or Household?: Solo is one page, your own. Any kid’s page is part of Household, which covers yours and theirs, so a parent setting a kid up wants Household, even for one kid.
What happens if I cancel?: Your pages come off the street and jobs already booked carry on. Your messages and past jobs stay readable, because they are yours.
